The Application of Motivation Techniques in Learning on Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing motivational techniques in learning on student learning outcomes. The study used a descriptive quantitative method, collecting data through a questionnaire from 50 respondents. The results showed that the motivational techniques implemented by teachers could improve student enthusiasm for learning and learning outcomes. Most respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the effectiveness of motivational techniques in learning.
